Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
ID Architect will be responsible for preparing design presentations including sketches and material boards, working with drawings including construction details, millwork details and specifications. ID Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work.

Sector focus on Residential projects, with sectors of Hospitality, F&B and Retail being a bonus.

Will be responsible for creating concepts, developing design ideas, designing to budgets, and

Managing projects and teams from project inception through completion under the direction of the direction of the Senior ID Architect.

Must demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications & design

Documentation, product & supplier resources, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.

Must assist in preparation and reviewing of DD and IFC packages to the highest standard.

Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum BA hons in Interior design/Interior Architecture or architecture

· Advanced skills in SketchUp/InDesign/Photoshop required

· Strong technical knowledge and the ability to brief and work alongside technicians overseeing packages to protect the design intent
