YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Assistant Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding activity of all employees of the hotel. In addition, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programmes in the hotel. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

4 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field along with strong leadership abilities and a drive for results and employee satisfaction.
