Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all recruitment related works. Facilitates the medical insurance of the staffs and employees.
Handling employee End of Service Clearance & Exit interviews.
Monitor and coordinates Unimix group fleet registration validity.
Responsible in Timesheet works. Preparation & monitoring of Annual / Emergency Leave Application form for employees with annual leave days entitlement and assisting Payroll Accountant for calculation of Leave Salary and End of Service benefits.
Assisting HR Payroll Accountant for calculation of overtime / incentives for all staff.
Opening of bank account / Rateb Cards for all the newly joining staff for salary transfer through Wage Protection System (WPS). Performs other related duties as required.
