Roles & Responsibilities
A fast growing service center for air conditioners and home appliances repair urgently requires a dynamic and experienced General Account.

The responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

– Record all accounting transactions from start to finalization, knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage.

– Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports to management

– Prepare statements of accounts receivable for credit customers on weekly/monthly basis and follow up for payments, manage a tract records of account payables.

– Properly record inventory items and consumables, record costs and misc other purchases under appropriate heads

– Record and reconcile cash, online payments, cheques and PoS payments in timely and accurate manner

– Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns filing, maintain up to date knowledge of local tax laws and regulations

– Prepare payroll, keep a track record of cash advances and other related transactions like annual leaves and air tickets etc.

– A self-starter with a can do attitude, work independently without close supervision, must take responsibility of his/her role/team, identify and suggest weak areas for improvements and implement agreed policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have at least 02 years of relevant UAE Experience, fresh candidates and candidates with no UAE experience need not apply for this position.

Must have minimum of bachelor’s degree, experience of working on QuickBooks will be an advantage. Justpaste
