We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Female Sales Girl for our Haute Couture Store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and experience in selling in boutique. As a Sales Girl, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right products, and managing all transactions at the cash counter.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service.
Assist customers in selecting the right products if need be.
Assist customers for any customizations required and understand any requirement and connect them with designer.
Process transactions at the cash counter accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Change the Display and Mannequin dress up on a timely basis.
Iron the Couture dresses and check for any imperfections if any.
Check if the dresses are complete in set or need additions or modifications and suggest the same to the sewing team and procurement.
Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and features.
Maintain records of all transactions by End of Day (EOD) and record inventory on a daily basis.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.

Requirements:

At least high school graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Sales Cum Cashier or in a similar role in the fashion industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ready to wear formal dress as required of a sales executive and provided by the company.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Fluent in English and Tagalog. Preference will be given in case you can speak and understand Arabic, Urdu and other languages.
Philippine national preferred.
Passion for fashion and knowledge of the latest trends.

Work Timings:

The store operates 7 days a week from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The candidate should be willing to work on a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
