• Preferably Female Candidate.
• Successful experience as Executive Secretary or similar role.
• Receive and filter incoming calls and take message appropriately.
• Organize, attend meetings, transcribe minutes, distribute and follow up on action items and compile.
• Handling confidential documents.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task.
• Reliable and highly motivated individual.
• Will provide support and carry task as General Manager’s secretary.
• Provide Refreshment to Guest & keep the Office & Pantry Clean.
• Flexible to Travel
• Multi Language
