Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
· Check dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project ensuring fit for purpose.
· Prepare MTO for civil, structural & piping work during bidding and construction stage.
· Perform / develop fabrication drawing from the engineering drawing as required.
· Utilize knowledge of various engineering practices, mathematics, and other techniques to complete drawings.
· Drafts detailed multi-view drawings and layouts from the sketches.
· Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
· Co-ordination with Consultants and Contractors
· 3D modelling using construction elements.
· Preparation of detail engineering drawings of industrial structures and Skids.
· Creating general arrangement and shop drawings, fabrication drawings, fitting drawings, isometric views and fabrication drawings
· Modelling for Steel Structures using Tekla X-steel, Auto cad & Bo Cad
· 3D Modelling of Heavy Industrial Structures and Pre-Engineering Buildings using Tekla X-steel.
· Prepare drafting and engineering standards
· Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system for construction drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge about AutoCAD and TEKLA is mandatory
