The right candidate will be expected to deploy a variety of techniques to maximise our conversion drive and help us to build turnover and profitability based on the customer base they help to deliver.
We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.
We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.
Job Description:
• Research and analyse data for Cricket matches
• Compile Short Term and Long-Term odds for Cricket matches and tournaments
• Trade Cricket matches in-play
• Use our trading tools to manage all in play markets
• Monitor client betting data for insights and errors
• Work closely with both the acquisition and retention teams to ensure we adopt approach that is consistent across the business and uses joined up logic to ensure we are looking to achieve our goals via the same means
• Find multiple ways of reaching out to inactive customers and triggering responses from them that generates deposits and turnover where currently we see none.
• Analyse player patterns and campaign results to assess how best to go about increasing deposits from inactive customers
• Work closely with internal development and external vendors to analyse any software options that may help us to convert customers at a higher percentage.
• Communicate well with related teams and all senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of communication at all times.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
• You must have at least 1-2 years of experience working within a team focussing on converting inactive customers
• You must be a problem solver who can think logically and creatively in an attempt to offer up multiple methods by which we can improve our conversion results
• You will work closely with related teams to ensure we deploy joined up logic that impacts upon every stage of the customer life cycle
• You will be a strong communicator who keeps stakeholders updated in terms of results and future plans to increase our conversion rate
• You must be a free thinker and somebody who can utilise their own initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
