Cost Controller

Adecco are proud to be a partnering with of one of the world’s largest Shipping and Logistics company. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Cost Controller for their Dubai offices, who will be responsible for the controlling the project cost. This role is part of their Emiratization program, so only UAE Nationals will be successful.

Job summary:

For this mission: We are seeking a Cost Controller who have a strong sense of organization and an analytical nature. Duties include : planning, developing, controlling & forecasting the project budgets. Work must be performed in close collaboration with other regional departments and management, as well as agencies. You must be data driven, an excellent communicator, who loves problem solving & has a curious nature. Responsibilities:

• Carry out network-wide missions for cost control.

• Improve the department’s digitization in partnership with management and other internal and external partners.

• Monitor the regional financial performances through forecasts and actuals

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Financials

• At least 3+ years in shipping, finance& auditing

• Strong Project administration skills expertise.

• Strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic
