Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive is responsible for contracting business from all segments, driving revenue generation, developing new business leads from both Corporate and Leisure companies, building a strong business relationship with the key players in our local and international markets, signing rate agreements and driving production for both short and long stays.

Conduct apartment show rounds ensuring that the apartments are presentable at the time of viewing
Convert leads and inquiries using negotiation skills and creative selling techniques
Conduct regular meetings with all potential business partners
Prepare contracts and track contract term fulfilment for properties
Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads
Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
Liaise with the team to ensure that all clients are dealt with in a professional manner to deliver exceptional experience
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
Implement the sales strategic plan that expands clientele types and awareness
Build and maintain good relationship with sales partners including but not limited to travel agencies, relocation agencies, corporate companies, government entities
Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends
Generate leads and achieve required conversion ratio to meet revenue targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree
Positive attitude with good communication skills in English, fluency in an additional language is preferred (Russian/Arabic)
1-3 years sales experience in Sales & Marketing in Dubai, Holiday homes or Hotel Apartments sales experience is preferred
UAE driving license is required and should possess a car
