Agency Manager
This is a newly-formed company that rents limousine cars.
Responsibilities
– General business knowledge to successfully operate and manage a car rental agency.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills to track all appropriate operational measures and analyze and forecast operational performance results.
– Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels. Ability to manage and motivate staff in a team environment.
– Problem solving and decision-making skills.
– Strong understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions.
– Must be proficient with various computer applications including social media and mobile applications.
– Proven in managing a fleet of cars and complying with rules and regulations as per RTA standards.
– In-depth insights into the limousine &/or car rental business in Dubai is a must
Desired Candidate Profile
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
– 5 years’ experience in a similar position (car rental management is a must)
