As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues through telephone and email communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain a positive image of our company, attract new customers through tele sales, and provide support for customer service queries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of call center experience
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in tele sales is a plus
