Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from generating leads (through cold calling, tele calling, and other activities), giving presentations and closing the sale.
Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and expansion effort.
Maintain existing business relationships with clients.
Plan strategically to assure project success.
The role will require said candidate to spend most of his day in the field/market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years staffing industry experience working as business development executive in UAE or other GCC Countries.
Proven sales track record.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English is a must.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Strong market knowledge
Self-starter, focused and goal-oriented
