Roles & Responsibilities
Developing growth strategies and plans and excecuting them effectively
Participate in Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information.
Properly present the companies capabilities to the client (This requiers the knowledge of the company’s capabilities)
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Increasing client base: Bringing in new clients and arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Writing business proposals
Updated with the industry trends locally and internationally
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a graduate degree in any discipline.
High-level communication skills
Hands-on sales experience and passion for the work.
Business and industry knowledge and acumen
Negotiation and bringing deals to closure.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to perform under ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
Ability to conduct research, primary and secondary and apply that research to practical.
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
Experience working to and exceeding targets
Experience: At least 3-5 years sales experience of Joinery/Interior Fit-outs/Exhibition in UAE market(must).
Products: Exhibitions and events fitout, Interior fit-outs
Driving License: UAE (preferred)
Languages: Fluent in English(must), Arabic(plus)
