Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing business growth strategies and executing plans to increase transactions and volumes
• To aid and support ground activation to develop customer awareness campaigns
• To identify camps and supporting with necessary marketing activities
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and introducing value-added services to satisfy customer needs.
• Suggestions of solutions/ possible promotions to enhance business growth.
• Researching current business trends and identifying new opportunities.
• Create strategic partnerships with local and foreign service providers beneficial to City Exchange
• To promote products and services by conducting activities at retail outlets by marketing activities
• To support the exchange by identifying possible events and sponsorships
• To conduct events in a timely manner as per the season’s demands
• To support the branches by customer acquisition- getting new customer registration
• To support branches/ retail outlets to meet the monthly targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university.
Age: The candidate should be below 35 years old.
Language: The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and Malayalam. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
Experience: The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing in remittance industry.
Business Acumen: The candidate should have a strong understanding of business principles and should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service Orientation: The candidate should have a customer-centric approach and should be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: The candidate should be a team player and should be able to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
Marketing Skills: The candidate should have a good understanding of marketing principles and should be able to develop effective marketing strategies.
Result Orientation: The candidate should be results-driven and should be able to work towards achieving business growth targets.
Creativity: The candidate should be creative and should be able to come up with innovative ideas for promoting the company’s products and services.
