This is an excellent development opportunity where the successful applicant will work as part of the International team at the Head office to support on various initiatives with the goal of assisting international offices to achieve their growth and profitability targets.
The International Business Development team is tasked with assisting GM-International in driving new business initiatives as well as in closely monitoring performance metrics and setting future aspirations for the International portfolio.
The job holder would closely work with group stakeholders and international locations (especially Business teams and Finance teams) to identify new business areas including expansion strategies for deeper coverage of existing markets which would include peer analysis, feasibility studies and business plans.
The job holder will also work closely on performance monitoring activities and conduct performance gap analysis.
The job holder would also be required to make presentations on business strategy as well as performance updates for several internal stakeholders/meetings.
