Assistant Manager – Sales (Wire Mesh)

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales of Wire Mesh / Compact Coils / Round Bars & Allied Products.

2. Follow the AGBS Sales process as per the procedures

3. Achieve assigned targets in terms of Volume, Revenue & Gross Profits.

4. Regular customer visits & feedback

5. Responsible for achieving Customer Satisfaction through Customer Feedback forms.

6. Increase AGBS market share in the UAE

7. Follow the AGBS credit policies to attain maximum efficiency in the collection.

8. Develop new customers for AGBS with secured payment terms.

9. Follow construction projects on a constant basis and develop relations with project teams.

10. Responsible for completing the daily/ monthly sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree preferred,

5 Years Experience work experience in the Steel sector and especially in Wire Mesh.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred5.

Excellent sales & business development skills

Good Communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good Interpersonal and Orientation skills
