Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: As an Architect, you will be responsible for reviewing the set of drawings undergoing alteration or modification. You will work collaboratively with our civil engineer and MEP engineer to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated and aligned. Liaise with the MEP engineer and civil engineer to ensure that designs are consistent and meet client requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure that the assigned tasks are completed on time and accurately.

Job Responsibilities

1. Review applications and set of drawings for compliance with local and state regulations.

2. Review floor plans, elevations, and sections to ensure all alteration and modification requests are complying with the rules and regulation of the local authorities and standard and guidelines.

3. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to approved plans and specifications if required.

4. Coordinate with the civil engineer and MEP engineer to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated and aligned.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

7. Monitor the quality of services provided by the service provider and ensure that they are in compliance with the agreement.

8. Identify and report any issues or defects within the community and work with the service provider to address them in a timely manner.

9. Inspect and monitor the community’s infrastructure, such as roads, sidewalks, and lighting, to ensure they are in good condition.

10. Maintain accurate records of site visits, inspections, and service provider activities.

11. Attend meetings with the contractor, service provider and community members as necessary to discuss issues and resolve conflicts, if required

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification

Bachelor in architecture

Experience

5 to 7 years

Other Requirement

· Own Car and UAE Driving License

· Good knowledge of Dubai local authorities’ requirement

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office and PDF Suite
