We are an international corporation and are looking for an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with a minimum of supervision , and has experience in one of the following B2B sectors: Construction, Fit Out, Office Furniture, Interior Design, ICT, AV
In a multinational Team you will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. You manage Customer contacts, quotations, appointments in the, commercial construction, interior fit out and interior design industry. You are skilled in e-mail, quotation CRM systems, technical documentations etc.. You will create and update project records and databases, and coordinate with suppliers projects in the office fit out sectors. Your skills are: Proven experience as an Office administrator, office assistant or relevant role in a technical organization. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting & tax filing principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (CRM etc.)
CAD knowledge would be an extra plus. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
