Roles & Responsibilities
To work in the family set-up of the Entrepreneur

Calendar / Schedule & Co-ordination –

▪️ Maintaining daily calendar / schedule / appointments.
▪️ Coordination with internal & external stake-holders.
Maintain corporate activity / works tracker.
▪️ Follow-up / line-up meetings.
Attend meetings, noting & circulate minutes.

Finance / Accounts / Banking –

▪️ Handle petty cash expenses.
▪️ Handling corporate Credit Cards, monitoring expenses.
▪️ On-time statements analysis & ensuing timely payments.
▪️ Assist in banking transactions / works.

Corporate Tie-Up(s) / Membership(s) / Booking(s) –

▪️ Relationship maintenance with existing tie-ups.
▪️ Explore new relationships / memberships – as required.
▪️ Keep memberships up-to-date, timely renewal (if applicable).
▪️ Booking of services – as-and-when required.

Travel Arrangement(s) –

▪️ Maintain travel check-list, destination-specific travel rules.
▪️ Ticketing, Visa, Car & Hotel Reservation, travel insurances.
▪️ Destination-specific health check-ups, tests, medicines arrangement.
Ensuring proper condition of cars, fuel, driver, statutory etc.

Medical Assistants –

▪️ Keep track of periodic health check-ups.
▪️ Arrangement / appointment with doctors / medical facilities.
▪️ Medical history / documents safe-keeping.
Regular medicines stock & refills.

Documents Management –

▪️ Proper filing / segregation of documents.
▪️ Timely renewal of documents (passport, visa, residence status etc.)
▪️ Printing & stationery, gadgets & tools handling
