Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
Responsible for overseeing financial accounting, management accounting, business analysis, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
Produce financial statements, reconciling and analysing variances
Reviewing detailed revenue and cost transactions.
Prepare and assist with the general ledger entries.
Perform the daily bank reconciliation.
Handle the petty cash of the department.
Handle telecommunications bills bookings and certifications.
Handle the booking of all purchase invoices.
Assist in the monthly closing and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly variance reports and report to Managing Director
Responsible for data entry and gain/loss calculations.
Compile, enter and post monthly adjusting journal entries.
Prepare and follow up on Bank s cheque with drawls.
Deposit all pending PDC to the bank on due course.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Issuing of property management reports, such as vacant and occupied units, bounced cheques etc
Reconcile and analyse tenant s accounts.
Calculate of accruals monthly contracts revenue.
Calculate and record appropriate depreciation and amortization of fixed assets.
Issuing of financial reports profit and loss account and balance sheet.
Job Details :
Qualified finance professional (CPA, ACA ACCA) or equivalent with a background in Real Estate, Development
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
A minimum of 3 Years of experience in Real Estate accounting
Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Team player and positive attitude
Dealing with banks, suppliers and auditors with relation to the accounting function
