Roles & Responsibilities
1. Contacting potential or existing clients to inform them about the service the company can provide.
2. Answer questions about the services or the company.
3. Scheduling meetings/appointment setting.
4. Asking questions to understand clients’ requirements.
5. Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling/lead generation
Managing the phone and making phone calls to an existing base of customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably Indian National – Female only
Fresher can apply.
Must have good English communication skills – Verbal and Written
Energetic
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs MS Office and telephone systems
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Minimum 1-2 year experience
Preferably on Husband/Sponsorship Visa
