Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

1) Preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; identifying current & future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers

2) Reviewing quarterly shrinkage tool kit for smooth function of stock control, daily control, operation control and sales floor control

3) Conducting weekly feedback sessions based on observations & on-going activities in the mall

4) Planning promotions in advance by monitoring the best sellers & ensuring the events are successful by having right products at right place

5) Controlling stock & following up on ordered materials while maintaining minimum order quantity

6) Formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion

7) Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development

8) Generating various MIS reports on key metrics, non-moving item report, consumption variance report, scrap generated data report, daily shortage items report, and so on.

9) Managing the staff Recruitment and training of store team on foundation and Seasonal Brand and Product knowledge in all the stores

10) Coaches, motivates and inspires team members to accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance.

11) Allocates resources and organizes processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions of multiple stores.

12) Working on Profit & Loss statement and the store KPIs and makes decisions based on sound financial judgment. Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.

13) Identified and address improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:

1) Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar position.

2) Minimum 7-8 years of experience in jewellery industry.

3) Must have UAE driver’s license.

Must have experience handing multiple jewellery showrooms
