Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Engineering Graduates/Diploma Holders from Electrical Background with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Supervision.

Communication & Coordination with Site Engineers maintenance technicians for execution and best utilisation of given resources to improve productivity.
Be able to provide accurate work reports.
Proper documentation of all correspondences with the client subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist the project manager in scheduling the project, project cost monitoring and ensure that the progress of the work is in accordance with the project plan/program schedule and as per the estimated cost.
Survey of the work progress in accordance with the contractual terms with client and obtain necessary approvals from client representative to prepare progress of monthly invoices.
Ensure that safe working methods/ standards are practised and maintained as per the site conditions and as per company’s HSE plans.
Supervise all Commissioning and Start-up activities for all Electric related equipment. Ensure that all works are carried out as per the specifications/drawings and in accordance with the requirements and standards.

Candidates should have good communication skills, leadership Skills and strong knowledge in the Electrical Field. Preferred Candidates with GCC Experience, Bahrain Driving License and Valid Bahrain Electrical Licenses (EWA).
