Tarabut Gateway (TG) is the first and largest regulated Open Banking platform in the MENA, with offices in the Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. TG connects a regional network of banks and FinTechs via a universal application programming interface (API). By offering tools that allow the facilitation and distribution of personalised financial services, TG enables financial institutions to build a new world of financial services in MENA.
The clear objective is to build an infrastructure that accelerates an industry transformation. A multisided platform that connects banks, fintech’s, merchants, in the MENA region all on one platform, enabling a new realm of partnerships to be forged.

About The Role…
Tarabut Gateway is seeking a talented Graphic Designer passionate about tech and the startup scene to join our fast-paced in-house marketing team. You will be an integral part of our mission, overseeing design projects from conceptualization to completion, driven to push for deadlines. You will be working alongside other designers, guiding and managing them through the design process. You will also need to coordinate with the wider marketing team to bring design solutions to life in adherence to marketing strategies and business goals. Your contribution will add value to the TG team as well as directly impacting our stakeholder satisfaction (investors, customers, partners).
You will work closely with our team of marketing professionals to create graphics, animations, and other visual elements that are designed to communicate complex information in an easily digestible way. You will also collaborate with our development team to ensure that designs are optimized for online use.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of design principles. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

What You’ll Do…
Be the brand custodian and person responsible for the design, artwork and production of all work that leaves TG
We expect you to conceptualize and design visual assets for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media channels, and email campaigns.
You shall collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Responsible for the creation of engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the company’s brand, products and industry
Align the brand to achieve and reflect the company vision
Responsible for the evolution of the TG brand from a visual point of view
Lead creative sessions with marketing and product marketing to develop concepts and content for social and digital campaigns
Proactively work with wider teams to create internal and external infographics, maps, signage, and create an asset library for access and a range of diverse needs at TG
Work closely with agencies to collaborate on design and launch of brand and website
Work alongside the Marketing team to create images for targeted marketing campaigns
Develop and continue a great understanding of competitor brands and design
Pro-active with research, demonstrating expertise in brands, brand experience, brand ecosystems, competitors, and design trends and insights
Take briefs from team members whilst advising them on the best possible style and layout for work within TG guidelines, setting standards, and interpreting requirements
Create TG design guidelines, and promote the benefits of great design across TG
Create concepts from end to end
Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
We expect you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
You will maintain a repository of all design assets and ensure proper organization and cataloging for easy access by team members.
We expect you to adhere to brand guidelines and standards while bringing new and innovative ideas to the table.
We need you to have…
Experience in brand design with a mix of agency and in house experience
You must have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in graphic design.
Mastery design skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effect) and MS Office, with a willingness and research into new applications and tools
Understanding and knowledge in UX/UI design as well as website management (CMS)
Experience with working on cross-channel marketing campaigns (offline, online, print, social etc.)
Ability to understand business use cases and has done user research
Experience mapping user journeys, experiences, turning complex flows into simple solutions
Experienced using tools like Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe, Principle, Jira
Passion for high quality design, and excellent attention to visual detail
Structured workflow and management
Experience managing other designers
We expect you to collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging materials for various platforms including social media and email campaigns.
You should be able to develop creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and company vision.
We require you to stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into your designs where applicable.
You must have great communication skills to communicate ideas and feedback with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
We expect you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
You should have knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and be able to apply them to web and mobile designs.
Be able to work automously and have a structured workflow
Nice to have
Experienced in a Brand Design role in B2B SaaS/PaaS, Fintech/Payment company or e-commerce technology start-up is a plus
Production experience (photo/videoshoots)
Ability to inspect and modify HTML and CSS a plus
