Roles & Responsibilities
The job will be responsible for securing fire and blast protection contracts and increasing the Passive
Fire Protection (PFP) market share by 30% annually from the GCC countries.
The role would involve providing Architects/Consultants/Contractors system solutions based on their project and site requirement(s).
Influence Project closure decisions by providing relevant Data/ROI information to the Senior Management.
Relevant passive fire protection product knowledge to be able to demonstrate its use and application(s) to end users, consultants, regional reps, prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
Generate RFQ’s/ inquiries, prepare technical presentations, techno-commercial proposals, specifications of products and services.
Close difficult projects with Clients by suggesting and using the value engineering techniques Effective coordination with existing business units/manufacturers/ component suppliers while
seeking and establishing new prospective relationships.
Ensure 100% payment collection on agreed payment terms.
Provide timely reports to the management in line with the organizational guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Education, Experience, Skills and Language:
7 to 10 years of experience in business to business, industrial and/or outdoor passive fire protection
product and systems sales
Provide proof of technical articles/write-up’s done, specifications written for consultants and sizing
calculations performed for projects
Degree / Diploma in Engineering from a reputed university
AutoCAD , MS Office Expert
Driving License is a must
English , Arabic (optional)
