Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled marketing specialist to join our Team. The marketing specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for us and our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and will be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for us and our clients that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing programs
Create and manage marketing budgets and timelines for projects
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations to improve marketing performance
Work with clients and internal teams to develop marketing collateral that supports their efforts
Develop and maintain a content marketing calendar that aligns with marketing and sales goals
Monitor and report on competitor marketing strategies and tactics
Pitch new marketing ideas and strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Years of experience in marketing, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with clients
Experience working with marketing automation
Creative problem solver with a positive attitude
