PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
Updating and maintaining the employee database and filing systems, recommending operating policies and procedures.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries.
Handle requirements from government bodies including LMRA, Immigration/Evisa, Higher Education Council and GOSI.
Assist with all administrative tasks as and when required by the HR department.
RequirementsWe are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR department.
A Bachelors or a Masters degree in Human Resources Management is essential.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
Excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
A friendly and flexible approach to work with a “can do” attitude.
