Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join HR & Administration team. The selected candidate will be reporting to Head of Organizational Design & Development. The ideal candidate would have excellent English & Arabic communication and possess excellent MS Office skills.
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will have to collect, compile, analyze HR data and processes, this role requires to make statistics from the data to make recommendations related to HR functions, Organizational Design & Development.
The Ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources domain is required. The candidate with professional certification like SHRM-CP or CIPD-L5 will be given preference.
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, government labor statistics, and other sources ensuring data integrity.
Plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.
Identify and assist in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organization policies and SOPs.
Analyzes and evaluate processes, data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to HR functions and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company.
Analyzes all the OD&D initiatives identified, plan out implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
Assesses risks associated with various change initiatives/ projects and recommend actions to manage any negative impacts.
Analyzes assignment complexity and task distribution to develop appropriate organizational structure, levels, hierarchies, position alignment and department interface.
May conduct or assist with conducting HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
Ensures compliance with the data privacy regulations and best practices.
· May assist HR management with manpower planning and departmental budgets.
May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
Performs other HR-OD&D duties as assigned.
