Roles & Responsibilities
Flow is working with a leading financial institution who are hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to be based in Bahrain.
Key aspects of the role include:
Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including database, email, and advertising campaigns.
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
Managing all marketing strategies and operations.
Developing Marketing plans.
Performing brand competitive analysis.
Optimizing the performance of the website.
Tracking website traffic and other metrics.
Assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Analysing and reporting on the performance of the marketing campaigns.
Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree. Evidence of education in digital management or similar.
Proven marketing experience within Payment/Financial companies.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Proven track record of offline and online campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition.
Must have strong GCC market experience.
Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
