Immediate hire for our Bahrain located Office Clinical Sales Manager – Interventional cardiology and Peripheral devices
We are an Interventional cardiology and peripheral Medical Devices Supply Distributor in the region
our clients are clients public and private hospitals
1. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant
solutions.
2. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting
research on target clients.
3. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities including the follow up on hospital POs
with procurement departments and seeing them through to invoicing stage.
4. Handling tenders and the corresponding quotation submittal with the required follow up to see it
through to purchasing stage and obtaining invoices.
5. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients and building loyalty and introducing
new lines from the portfolio.
6. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
7. Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in
the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
8. Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales.
9. Planning and performing product knowledge sessions with hospital medical faculty and
10. Related procurement departments were needed to support the sales generation and quality service.
11. Participate in medical exhibitions and conferences.
12. Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales tactics to drive business objectives
13. Establishing territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
14. Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
15. Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic
and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
16. Participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity for the best interest of
maintaining the external stakeholders ie medical faculty and the procurement department of hospitals

Desired Candidate Profile
Four to Five years of experience in a similar industry and category of Medical Devices
Science Degree – Biomedical Engineering – Pharmacy -Anatomy studies – Chemistry – Biology
Excellent Arabic And English Communication Skills
Excellent peoples skills – Team Player – dedicated committed attitude – result oriented
