CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
Inspire repeat-business from clients.
Develop proposals and RFP Documents for submission.
Work on Brand and UX/UI presentations.
Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
Liaise with different departments about client queries.
Offer advice to clients on services and products.
Develop surveys and capture client information.
Strategize, plan and manage branding, UX/UI and other digital projects with internal teams involved.
Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
Improve client strategic approach and relationship growth approach.
Be involved in and a key team player in organizational leadership and strategic planning.
Bring in new clients to complement the business requirements
Work with team members and experts to improve our solution offerings.
Design and implement onboarding, new employee training, and ongoing education programs.
Work with Designers and Developers to plan and execute projects.
Plan, organize and lead teams for internal initiatives and ensure accountability.
Project reviews, proof reading and making sure to deliver quality products/projects.
Taking ownership of project planning, execution and delivery.
Discover and manage partnerships.
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Business Degree or related qualification.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Computer literacy.
Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
Reliable and self-motivated.
General business knowledge.
High service orientation.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
You must have at least 6 years of experience with an agency.
Previously been in a role that has worked and managed a team.
Previously been in a role that has included process improvement.
Must demonstrate a deep and wide breadth of knowledge in digital marketing, technology, and media.
Technical knowledge.
Project Management Skill.
