(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Telephone Operator Agent for a 5* luxury hotel

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
Provide wakeup call service for in house guests.
Provide and assist any internal calls.
Have a thorough knowledge of the in room dining menu.
Take any guest requests and dispatch them with the Guest Service Agents.
Provide the concierge function on a number of occasions.
Resolve any problems for unsatisfied guests.
Continually demonstrate professional etiquette in person/over the telephone in line with the hotel standards.
Direct any external calls to the proper department.
Upsell the hotels assets ensuring that the guests are aware of the locations of our outlets.

Preferably candidate with pre-opening experiences
