PROJECT FINANCE & CONTROLS
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝗼𝗯
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Department Manager with a wide range of tasks which includes
general administration and written communications information management by analysing and responding to others
according to Department manager directions & instructions. In addition, organize manager time and maintain meeting
schedules effectively & efficiently.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Competent level of proficiency in English. Bilingual is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suites such as: Word, Excel & Power Point
• Extensive knowledge of the department setup and relationship both internal and external.
