Roles & Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations of marketing materials design and production
Coordinates with divisions on Monthly Social Media Products to highlight Educating customers about new products or services offered by the company
Gathers monthly social media products focus details from divisions and communicate the same with HO to create the monthly social media plan.
Gathers monthly marketing activities from divisions and commuinicate the same with HO
Asssits in promotional campaigns and implement new initiatives to drive sales
Maintains and organises all documentation
Communicating with customers via social media and whatsapp to answer issues or concerns
Handles customer complaints and escalations in a tactful and diplomatic way
Follow up with internal departments on related matters and assigned tasks
Works as a team with other employees /divisions to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
