Job Description: The Senior Technical Manager at UCC Saudi Arabia will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings and hotels in Saudi Arabia, including NEOM, DIRIYAH, and TAIF. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading technical teams, including architects and engineers, to ensure project design and execution meet the highest standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate technical requirements into project planning and execution.
- Overseeing the implementation of construction technologies and ensuring their efficient use.
- Ensuring the technical aspects of projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks and issues.
- Leveraging SAP systems for efficient project management and documentation.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive successful construction projects.
