Our client, a well known educational institution, is currently looking for a School Scheduling Coordinator (UAE national) to be based in Al Ain. In this role, you will report to the Head of Administration and have the following responsibilities:
handling all clerical tasks in a school’s office.
answering phones, filing records, and greeting visitors.
reading and responding to mail and email from parents, students, school board members, teachers, and others.
recording student attendance, handling student or teacher requests, and reporting to school administrators.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
a diploma or bachelor degree holder
with strong command of English language
experienced in using Microsoft office application with good typing speed
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to manage different tasks and work independently
must be a UAE national with family book
willing to work and be based in Al Ain
