Roles & Responsibilities
· Accountable for achieving the sales revenue targets across the KSA region. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, and MEP consultants for our product and services to become the preferred choice in the HVAC industry for the KSA market.

Accountable for revenue target: Achieve the top-line sales targets at agreed Gross margins through existing clients and develop a new clientele base.

· Lead generation: Generate qualified sales leads and follow up for conversion to qualified inquiries. Work with the estimation team to prepare proposals to meet client needs. Monitor conversion ratios, prepare forward workflow reports, and lost business analysis.

· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders: Follow projects right from the initial stage and maintain a relationship with all stakeholders, i.e., clients, consultants, and contractors. dutryDeliver technical presentations and educate the critical accounts assigned (contractors) on the features of our product and services. Aim for repeat business from existing clients and have a strategy to maximize the industry by developing new clients.

· Keeping Customer Data Up to Date: Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities, and forecast: Use CRM software to record the leads, inquiries, and follow-up meeting updates. Provide inputs to CRM for the digital marketing campaign and quarterly newsletters. Support CRM to get customer feedback on the service level.

· Support debtor collections: Responsible for collecting certified client payments and supporting operations on payment certifications as and when needed.

· Liaison with Operations: Chat with clients regularly to get their feedback on our service levels and liaise with the operations team to ensure the client delivery requirements are met promptly.

· Stay appraised and report on market developments.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC range of products in the KSA market.

Data management expertise, e.g., use of CRM systems

Experience in sales of Ducting, duct insulation, and valves is an added advantage.

Fluent in English, both in speech and writing. Arabic is a plus.
