The Sales Coordinator role offers an opportunity to support the sales team as a dynamic and detail-oriented contributor. This role revolves around providing vital administrative, organizational, and operational assistance to support our sales efforts.
Scope of the Job
Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, managing inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and improving sales processes. Serving as a crucial link between the sales team, internal departments, and customers, ensuring effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
Main tasks & responsibilities
Sales Support:
Supporting sales representatives by managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests efficiently and professionally. This involve preparing and sending out sales quotations, proposals, and contracts while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Lead Generation:
Taking part in lead generation efforts through research, emails, calls and identification of potential clients. Collaborating with the sales team to nurture leads and facilitate their conversion into successful sales.
Order Processing and Coordination:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders while coordinating with the local and regional operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Monitoring order fulfillment and addressing any arising issues promptly.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintaining effective communication with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless information flow. Keeping clients updated on order status and addressing inquiries.
Database Management and Reporting:
Managing and updating the CRM system with customer information, interactions, and sales data. Assisting in generating reports to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
Supporting the Sales Team:
Providing necessary administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and assistance with expense reporting.
Enhancing Sales Processes and Financial Operations:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various sales processes, collaborating with internal teams, and providing administrative support to optimize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role will involve handling accounting tasks in cooperation with the finance department in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for processing payments to the Saudi government for obligations such as Zakat, GOSI etc.
