Job Description

The Design Management Department Provides masterplan, infrastructure, architectural, interior design and public realm technical expertise to assist development and other divisions in identifying, validating, and packaging development opportunities and assist the operations division in implementing the design.
The Quality management is a part of the design department. They are responsible for implementation of the processes and activities performed so that the project satisfies ROSHN’ s requirements and the prescribed contract. They set out and standardize systems, policies, procedures, documentation and continues improvements activities conducted throughout the project such as scope of work, design review and approval, progress reporting, lessons learned, and QAQC. They manage the process of design consultants’ procurement. They also assist in the preparation of several items that include design standards (masterplan, vertical, ID, Landscape, sustainability).
