French multinational utilities company recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner with 8-10 years of experience in same or similar role to take a lead role on services of HR Function of two KSA projects in Yanbu & Jubail (mainly based in Riyadh but required to travel to these locations frequently), ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery, providing HR expertise and guidance to employees, analyzing metrics and trends of HR department and resolve complex employee relations issues. Aligning employees to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, developing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes
Responsibilities:
Perform high level HR duties across organization structure planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment, disciplinaries etc.…
Provide robust advice relating to Saudi Labor Law, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches
Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues
Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Lead in the onboarding process of new team members
Ensures data accuracy and reporting for HRIS
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Assist with the execution of full employment life cycle
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs
Process employees ‘queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Mandatory requirements (those without the following will NOT be considered for the position):
8-10 years in same or similar role
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of employment lifecycle
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
MUST have solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
Fluent in Arabic and English (French speaking would be helpful)
