Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct detailed Induction of the new inductees into the company.
Prepare onboarding documentation.
Introduction of deployed company and policies and procedures
Collect, organize and process documents, such as non-disclosure contracts and agreements.
Include company presentations and product demos.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with the company.
Gather data of the candidates and maintain the tracker and updating of the same experience with the recruitment process and ensure sensitive and confidential information is updated in the company’s internal databases.
Answer questions from new hires about their contracts and salary.
Help the new staff overcome possible technical problems or difficulties.
Guide new inductees regarding increased ranks or responsibilities.
Coordination with drivers for Airport Pick up and drop.
Skills Required
Adequate professional experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or a relevant HR role.
Great communicator.
