Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for all Power Grid and Generation projects, including 380KV Substation and Overhead Transmission Lines
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the company’s quality standards and procedures, regulatory requirements, and customers’ specifications
- Plan and execute inspections and tests for equipment and materials utilized in the project
- Generate inspection and test plans and quality plans for the project
- Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, materials, and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards
- Report any non-conformance and recommend corrective actions to ensure the timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that quality inspections are carried out at the appropriate stages of the project
- Prepare and submit quality reports to the management team highlighting any concerns and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits of the quality system to ensure its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in management review meetings to discuss the performance of the quality system and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed
