Dutco Construction Group started operations in the United Arab Emirates in the 1970s. The Group comprises of the following Companies:

– BK Gulf LLC – Leading MEP Contractor

– BK GCC – Leading MEP & Civils Contractor in KSA

– DBB Contracting LLC – Leading Civils & MEP Contractor

– Dutco Construction LL – Leading Building Contractor

Many of the country’s highways, tunnels and bridges have been engineered and built by us, allowing the use of our in-house asphalt, concrete, plant, and machinery.

For almost 50 years we have built a strong and loyal client base across both the public and private sectors whilst working on the UAE’s iconic projects.

We are expanding our QA/QC Team in Saudi Arabia, and are looking to recruit a QA/QC Manager, key duties will be:

  • Develop, document, and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System tailored to the construction company’s needs.
  • Ensure alignment of the QMS with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Establish and communicate quality policies, objectives, and procedures to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with relevant KSA construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Facilitate audits and inspections to assess compliance and address any non-conformities.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for document control and record keeping.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Manage records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a risk register for quality-related issues.
  • Generate regular quality reports and present findings to the PD & PM.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management.
  • Extensive experience in quality management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document management and quality management software.
