Roles & Responsibilities
· Key responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Negotiations to keep prices under budget, effective Resource Management & Inventory tracking. Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, Materials Management.
· Procurement of materials (local & import) through inquiry, preparation of comparative statements, PO/WO issuance to vendors.
· Responsible for Cat-B items, P&M, Admin, Civil, Manpower, Miscellaneous Purchase, etc. experience.
· Hands on experience in Microsoft Office & SAP system.
· Involvement in issuance of Purchase Agreements, Sub-contract Agreements
· Liaising with Head Office about getting techno commercial aspects and budget approvals etc.
· Updating record in SAP system on daily basis
· Supporting KSA office for routine purchases etc.
· Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
· Comply with all relevant safety, health & environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
