Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • In-Store Promotions: Create and manage in-store promotional activities, displays, and events to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create eye-catching displays and layouts that maximize product visibility and appeal.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products, seasonal offers, and special promotions.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs, customer surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats in the retail market.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize future strategies.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail marketing or a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
