Maintenance Planner

Job Responsibilities:

· Consult with the Area Operations Foreman and the Area Maintenance Supervisor on the planning, scheduling and any additional requirements of the PM02 order execution.

· Plan a PM01 or PM04 work order when a completed PM02 order has a Defect Report attached, indicating additional work is required.

· Create the required M3 notification for the PM findings or non-released equipment scheduled for PM.

· Create the required work order with the right maintenance activity type to correct the discrepancy as result of PM finding.

· Review the time confirmation of completed PM02 orders and close them

· Submit the completed PM sheet to PM administration group

· Create PM01 orders

· Plan the required resources for all area S/D items

· Step sub-orders to the shop for overhauling all equipment and valves as required

· Follow up with the shop for completing all required overhauling equipment timely.

· Review all issued notifications.

· Conduct site visit and evaluate the job requirement before creating work orders

· Create work orders and sub orders as required

· Plan the required materials and man-hours for the related jobs

· Follow up on the material procurement.

· Attend weekly work orders scheduling meeting.

· List all workable work orders in SAP.

· Share the overall work orders review quarterly during the monthly performance meeting.

· Ensure that history and manpower time is uploaded in the system before closing work order.

· Upload SAP with the approved ISS, 3099A and P&ID

· Provide monthly relief valve testing plan to Unit Foremen, relief valve Coordinator and Relief Valve Technician to coordinate releasing due PZV for bench test.

· Provide annually relief valve testing plan to Unit Foremen, RV Coordinator and RV Technician.
