Roles & Responsibilities
Managing a Team size of 50+ in areas of Production and Quality Management
Responsible for all production-related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency
Required Hands-on experience in Injection, Extrusion, PPR, HDPE, UPVC, PET, PIPES & FITTINGS
Oversee operations to ensure safety on the plant
Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
Create and manage budgets
Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
Perform routine safety checks on equipment

Desired Candidate Profile
5 Years experience in Similar position

Candidate with Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience in handling big size plant for PVC, PPR and HDPE Pipes
