Roles & Responsibilities
Extensive rounded experience in managing/operating automotive spare parts logistics centers, distribution networks, replenishment processes in a distributed setup
Experience in operating Multiuser 3PL environments
Experience in Distribution & Transportation Management
Has dealt with multiple automotive and spare parts brands across different setups. Should be well-equipment in consolidation of different brands.
Lead deployment of technology and Warehouse Management Systems in complex and multi brand environments.
Track record in turning around/Transforming Operations & Optimization
Strong inventory control knowhow. Develop and monitor strict & adequate processes for managing & controlling inventory
Setting up and Managing Operational KPIs and strong supply chain optimization experience, this leading optimization of costs and performance for the organization
Take corrective Actions on Licenses & Facilities
Managing Customer SLAs towards profitability objectives
Demonstrate strong commercial, financial, presentation and customer management skills.

Experience in operating Multi user 3PL environments
Experience in Distribution & Transportation Management
Has dealt with multiple brands across different setups
Extensive Experience in leading the Deployment of Technology and Warehouse Management Systems in similar environments & complexity
