Director of Treasury

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Treasury to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

The Director of Treasury will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Director of Treasury will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the company’s financial performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the company’s financial performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external partners
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports
• Prepare presentations for senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, ora related field
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
